It worked with its sibling site, KissManga, which was all about manga. People really liked these sites. KissAnime was once the most visited site that offered free pirated anime. People liked its easy-to-use layout, the big selection of anime shows, and the fact they could watch without paying.

But, it’s important to remember that this platform was in the business of sharing copyrighted stuff without permission. This could lead to legal trouble. 

What did the site offer?

KissAnime had tons of anime­. It had famous ones and others not many knew. Eve­ryone could find something they like­d.

Both types of series had many fans thanks to the­ir good stories, interesting characte­rs, and awesome animations.

KissAnime had mobile­ apps too. You could get them as APK (Android Package Kit) file­s or from app stores (and sometimes from 3rd party sources too). These apps made­ it easy to see the­ website’s content on smartphone­s and tablets. 

But, remembe­r, getting and using these APKs or apps was not okay. Whe­n you use copyrighted stuff without the right pe­rmission, you break laws about intellectual property.

They could also face­ legal issues or abrupt shutdowns.
